RE/MAX New Zealand honoured its high achievers of the second quarter this year at an event held at its Newmarket headquarters on Wednesday 26th July.
Aided by Master of Ceremonies for the evening Alan Owens, RE/MAX New Zealand + Fiji CEO, Don Ha, presented 33 awards in total.
RE/MAX Partners led the offices in both gross settled commission and transaction sides to take the top spot followed by RE/MAX Team Realty in second place for both categories. RE/MAX Realty Group was third for commission and RE/MAX Elite was third for sales transactions.
Janice Emery topped the rankings for individuals, taking #1 agent for both commission and sales transactions.
Following her to complete the top 10 for commission were Angela Maindonald, RE/MAX Team Realty; Lisa Walden, RE/MAX Stars; Kim Gordon, RE/MAX Realty Group; Saurav Arora, RE/MAX Partners; Cherry Holden, RE/MAX Team Realty; Loua Boshoff, RE/MAX Realty Group; Matt Clark, RE/MAX Partners; Marie Thompson, RE/MAX Revolution; and together in tenth place were Lawrence Li and Manpreet Randhawa from RE/MAX Champion.
Saurav Arora was #2 agent for transaction sides, with Lisa Walden at #3.
Sales teams are ranked in small, medium and large team categories.
Team Jerry, RE/MAX Partners, claimed the top large team for commission and sales transactions.
The top two medium teams were Team Vinson, RE/MAX Partners and The Sold Sisters, RE/MAX Capital Legacy.
The top small teams were Team Stevens, RE/MAX Team Realty in first place, followed by Team Kloppers, RE/MAX Realty Group and Team Edge, RE/MAX Edge to make the top three.
RE/MAX New Zealand also celebrated the 10-year anniversary of Corinna Mansell, RE/MAX Partners.
Guest speaker at the quarterly awards event was the CEO of Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, Jen Baird. Prior to taking up the CEO role, Ms Baird was General Manager, City Growth, for the Hamilton City Council.

She is committed to championing a world-class real estate profession, “said Mr Ha. “She’s not only navigated the long tail of the pandemic, but she has also been instrumental in REINZ's digital strategy, a renewed member focus and the evolution of REINZ culture.”
“As well as acknowledging our outstanding performers and giving our commitment to the professional and personal development of our members, the event provided an excellent opportunity for networking and helping members connect with other members of our network,” Mr Ha said.
Mr Ha said the ranking results showed that RE/MAX New Zealand agents produced some outstanding results for their clients through the quarter and congratulated all top achievers saying, “We are grateful for the professionalisation you bring to our organization and the significant contribution you have made to our network’s success.
