Agents recognised for September quarter achievements RE/MAX New Zealand honoured its highest achievers for the July to September period at an event held at its Newmarket headquarters on Wednesday 18th October.
Aided by Alan Owens, Master of Ceremonies for the evening, the CEO of RE/MAX New Zealand + Fiji, Don Ha, and COO for RE/MAX New Zealand + Fiji, Mala Maharaj, presented awards to offices, teams and individuals based on gross settled commission for the third quarter of 2023.
RE/MAX Partners led the network’s offices to take the top spot followed by RE/MAX Realty Group in second place with RE/MAX Team Realty in third.
Lisa Walden from RE/MAX Stars topped the rankings for individuals.
Following her to complete the top 10 for commission were Hayden Hu from RE/MAX Prestige, Jo Harris from RE/MAX Riverina Realty, Loua Boshoff from RE/MAX Realty Group, Angela Maindonald from RE/MAX Team Realty, Matt Clark from RE/MAX Partners, Cherry Holden from RE/MAX Team Realty, Avisha Naidoo from RE/MAX Stars, Sammi Chen from RE/MAX Realty Group and Deepak Malhotra from RE/MAX Partners.
The network’s highest achieving commercial specialist for the quarter was RE/MAX Leading Edge agent, Tania Fasher. Mohit Gupta, RE/MAX Partners, and Rohith Muniah, RE/MAX Vanguard, completed the top three in commercial sales commission.
Sales teams are ranked in small, medium and large team categories.
Team Jerry, RE/MAX Partners, repeated previous quarters’ results to claim the top large team.
The #1 medium team was The Sold Sisters from RE/MAX Capital Legacy.
Topping the ranking in the small team category was Team Kloppers, RE/MAX Realty Group, followed by Team Stevens, RE/MAX Team Realty for #2 and Tang & Kidd, RE/MAX Partners for #3.
Guest speakers for the event were drawn from RE/MAX trade partners. The informative and entertaining specialists in their respective fields included Open2view Area Manager Auckland, Mike Taylor; and TradeMe Wellington region sales specialist, Mark Laurenson; OneRoof Sales Manager Anurag Rathi; Kyle Brown, a Founder Head of Customer Success at VideoPunch; Business Development Manager at ABC Photosigns, Rosie Stevenson; and Stuart Palmer, Stuff’s Real Estate Media Sales Director.
Mr Ha acknowledged the importance of the network’s trade partners, saying “We are fortunate to have their support and involvement in all our events. “Today we celebrate our outstanding performers and our commitment to the professional and personal development of our members through an event that’s especially orchestrated to provide valuable insights and excellent opportunities for our network members to connect.”
He said the third quarter results showed that RE/MAX agents in New Zealand produced some outstanding results for their clients. He congratulated all agents and particularly the top achievers saying, “We are grateful for the professionalisation you bring to our organization and the significant contribution you have made to our network’s success.
“In New Zealand and Fiji, everyone in the RE/MAX network has access to excellent training resources and the best trainers. Achieving your full potential can be a reality with RE/MAX education,” Mr Ha said.
