Originally from Malaysia, Tara is fluent in English, Malay, Indonesian and Tamil and has a wide network of buyers and investors based both locally and overseas. She puts this network to good use, achieving sales quickly and effectively. Prior to real estate Tara spent 18 years working for one of the world's largest international insurance companies as a Senior Liability Underwriter. Her background in this role related to real estate agents and mortgage advisors, placing her in good stead to advise her real estate clients. Tara holds a Bachelor of Law from University of London, Associateship, Liability Insurance from Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). Tara understands every step of the process that goes into home-owning - from being a buyer, to being a vendor, to renovating, building and being a landlord. After having renovated several of her own investment properties, designing and building new build houses she enjoys helping and advising her clients on how to add value to their homes.
