And as a former owner of Rental One Property Management, Zarn successfully led a business that managed around 1,000 properties with a staff of nine. Zarn also possesses valuable management, financial and legal skills gained while achieving his Branch Manager qualification.
With a strong commercial background Zarn has been running his own business since the young age of 18 and was the primary negotiator for a chain of 19 bakeries and cafes throughout Auckland. Zarn is also an experienced investor himself and after 20 years of owning his own properties, he is extremely commercially savvy and generously passes on this expertise to his clients.
