Along with her involvement in the development of a neighbourhood support group in Omaha North where she resides. Tanya is a keen volunteer to the Rodney NS Committee, to create a support group for property owners in Omaha North, and surrounding areas.
This is accompanied by her wealth of knowledge from running her own fashion design and manufacturing business for the last three decades, Tanya has a strong work ethic and a great understanding of sales and marketing, an essential requirement for real estate.
Tanya brings her love of the area into the marketing of her properties, along with her keen eye for design, and practical application whether it is fashion or real estate, using her personal knowledge of owning, renovating properties since the age of 22, the visual aspects needed to create a broad appeal in selling a property.
Tanya is also aware of the stress of selling or buying a property and wants the process to be enjoyable. That is why Tanya treats each property and business she is selling or buying as if it’s her own, and is committed to obtaining maximum returns on what is most people’s biggest life investment.
