Kulwinder comes with a vast and diverse experience, of more than 18 years as a successful business entrepreneur & professional having expertise in understanding people’s needs and the ability to well look after them to see the best results at last. Kulwinder had worked for 13 years in the medical field with multicultural ethnicities and enjoyed that. She has a Business Management Diploma, which has enabled her to understand corporate and challenging market issues. In the Real Estate Industry Kulwinder has always put her best and full effort to work with clients and customers to bring the best results for both sides. She has built trust and rapport among her clients. Kulwinder has enormous persistence which enables her to work well under pressure and yield excellent results.

In 2022, Kulwinder added another milestone to her cap – became a “BRANCH MANAGER”.

In 2020 Kulwinder has also been Nominated as Top Sales Person. She has also achieved the milestone of being able to join “The Captains Club Member” for Highly Effective Number of Sales for LJ Hooker. In 2021, she was the top salesperson in LJ Hooker, Manukau. Kulwinder loves to work with the Local community with the right knowledge and with the right tools to ensure my client’s and customer’s needs. And provide the best service and results for the vendor and the best quality service to the purchaser as well. “It’s always good to help people to get their Dream Home and to Reach their Goals” is one of my sayings.
